Prayers up to Manchester.

On May 22nd, 2017 Ariana Grande was performing in Manchester when a bomb went off killing 22 people. The event was a difficult experience for the "God Is A Woman" singer, detailing many times in the past how she struggles with the aftermath and understanding what took place on that day. Today, Ariana has posted a subtle tribute to the fallen fans on that tragic day, sharing a bee to her Instagram story. The bee represents the city and its hard-working history.

"Music is an escape. Music is the safest thing I've ever known. Music -- pop music, stan culture -- is something that brings people together, introduces them to some of their best friends, and makes them feel like they can be themselves. It is comfort. It is fun. It is expression. It is happiness," Ariana previously wrote about the bombing.

"It is the last thing that would ever harm someone. It is safe. When something so opposite and so poisonous takes place in your world that is supposed to be everything but that ... it is shocking and heartbreaking in a way that seems impossible to fully recover from."
