Devin Booker broke an NBA record last night as he became the youngest player in league history to record back to back games with 50 points or more. Booker scored 59 points in a 115-110 loss to the Utah Jazz just a few days ago and last night, he scored 50 against the Washington Wizards. While this is a great feat, well, you have to remember he plays for the Suns because despite the performance, the team lost...again. This time the score was 124-121, although, after the game, Booker was excited about his recent accomplishment.

"It's a blessing. It's an honor, I say it every day, to lace it up and play a sport that I love," Booker said according to ESPN. "I think right now it's time for me to be more aggressive, being down a couple of men. Teammates helping me, setting good screens. ... Fell short, but a lot better fight today than we did have in the last game."

This was the first time a Suns player had ever been able to reach this milestone. Booker made sure to thank the fans for their support.

"The fans in Phoenix have been behind us the past four years since I've been here," Booker said. "They deserve that. It's entertainment for them. They come to the game, and hopefully I try to put on a show for them and hope they enjoy and make memories that last forever."

The Suns are currently last in the Western Conference with a record of 17-59.
