Full results from Thursday night's NBA Draft.

The 2019 NBA Draft is officially in the books and there is a lot to unpack here. Zion Williamson, Ja Morant and RJ Barrett went 1, 2 and 3, as expected - but then the trades began.

Roughly one hour before the Draft, the Atlanta Hawks used their No. 8 and No. 17 picks to move up to the fourth spot held by the New Orleans Pelicans. Atlanta selected Virginia forward De'Andre Hunter, allowing the Cavs to take Vanderbilt point guard Darius Garland fifth overall.

There was plenty of movement up and down the draft board all night, and some projected lottery players found themselves in the green room late into the night. For instance, UNC's Nassir Little, a presumed Top 5 pick heading into the season, fell all the way to Portland and No. 25, while 7'2 big man Bol Bol slid all the way to the Denver Nuggets at pick No. 44 in the second round.
