If it weren't for Kawhi Leonard, the Toronto Raptors would be having a lot of trouble right now. Leonard has been one of the best players in the postseason so far as he is constantly putting up 30+ point performances just to give his team a shot to win. On Sunday night, Leonard put the team on his back again as he scored 36 points en route to a 118-112 overtime win in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals. The Milwaukee Bucks are leading the series 2-1 and with Game 4 going tonight, the Raptors will need Leonard to be at 100 percent.
The Raptors almost faced a scare against the Bucks on Sunday as Leonard appeared to tweak his leg while going for a layup. He pushed through the pain and finished the game and is now getting some much-needed rest. Some Raptors fans were worried about Leonard's status but they should be able to breathe a bit easier knowing he's going to play tonight.
"I think the consensus today is he's tired, and he's got two days and will be ready to go," Raptors head coach Nick Nurse said. "Those are kind of the words coming out of his mouth. Little tired, but he'll get his rest, got two days, and he'll be ready."
Game 4 goes down tonight at 8:30 P.M. EST in Toronto.
