The Justin Bieber saga continues. This guy. The latest piece of news concerning the young Canadian pop star, who Americans no longer want to house in the U.S., is an update on his recent Miami Beach arrest and another unrelated charge from Toronto.
As you may be aware, it turned out that the Biebz wasn't actually drunk when he got arrested for a DUI, having blown a .014 with the breathalyzer. However, he was smoking the ganga and he also had some prescription pills in his system, a new toxicology report shows.
TMZ, the source for all things Bieber, says that the artist had THC and Alprazolam (the main ingredient in Xanax) in his system at the time of the arrest. In addition to reeking of weed, the police report says that Bieber was "excited, talkative, insulting, cocky" during the arrest. As well, when asked to do a breath test, Bieber was undecided, although eventually he did do it, he had a lot of trouble following the police instructions. Apparently he wasn't blowing into the tube properly, and soon became "agitated" when the police thought he was deliberately undermining the test.
Justin told the Miami Beach cops that he was smoking marijuana all night in the studio, and his mom provided him with the prescription pills. He's pled not guilty to those charges.
In addition to these charges, Biebz was recently charged for assaulting a limo driver in Toronto. Reports say he hit a limo driver in the back of the head on December 30th, after the driver had picked up Justin and five other passengers around 3 AM. One of the passengers (Justin) got into an argument with the driver, and then hit him on the back of the head "several times" before the driver called the cops, and Justin fled from the scene.
Bieber turned himself in on the criminal assault charge last night, while his lawyer says, "Our position is Mr. Bieber is innocent."
