Justin Bieber has been very vocal about his current state of mental health, recently asking fans to send prayers since he's feeling "super disconnected and weird." Yesterday Justin came through with another update, announcing his hiatus from music as a way to deal with some of his "deep-rooted issues" and focus on his family and health. "Music is very important to me but Nothing comes before my family and my health. I will come with a kick-ass album ASAP," he shared.
It seems as though the "Sorry" singer is exploring every avenue when it comes to getting back to his normal self, and has been sleeping in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber to help with his sleepless nights. Justin shared a video to his Instagram story that sees him cuddled up real nice in the little chamber of his own private oxygen.
These kinds of tanks are usually used for scuba divers who dive below 60-feet and swim back to the surface too fast. Hopkins Medicine also notes that such tanks are useful for radiation injuries, infections, burns, certain skin grafts and flaps, crush injuries and diabetes.
We can only hope that Justin's getting better after each sleep.
