Today we'll be highlighting three TuneCore artists - ThiiirdwaveDevvon Terrell, and Young Drummer Boy - as we kick off Week 5 of the contest.

About TuneCore

Many independent artists wonder how to get their music on iTunes, Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, and other stores. The reality is, you don’t have to be signed to a major label – all you need is a digital distributor. We recommend using industry leader TuneCore if you’re looking for a trustworthy and transparent service. For an affordable fee, TuneCore will host your album or single on all the major stores and streaming platforms. You get to keep all your rights and 100% of the sales revenue.

Thiiirdwave

THIIIRDWAVE is a Long Island based rapper/song writer/creator, who tends to blur the lines between genres and pulls influences from his favorite artists/producers/writers before him, creating a new and fresh sound.

His album “Uncharted Waters” was released in the summer of 2018 and he’s been traveling and playing shows since the release. THIIIRDWAVE has plenty of moves planned for summer 2019 as well, so definitely tune in to what’s to come.

Devvon Terrell

Brooklyn-native Devvon Terrell is an R&B artist who garnered attention after the success of his debut album, "Weird Sexy Cool," released on iTunes in August 2015.

His self-titled Youtube channel boasts more than 882,000 subscribers and some of his most popular R&B covers include Fetty Wap's "679," Rihanna's "Work," and Drake & Future's "Jumpman."

Young Drummer Boy

Young Drummer Boy, born Rigoberto Diaz, is an American rapper and record producer from Pomona, California. He released multiple albums in 2017, including "High Forever" and “Barjud Ave," which resulted in a video for “Talk About Me” that has accumulated more than 2.6 million views on YouTube and over 519,000 streams on Spotify.

Drummer Boy most recently produced his fourth full length project titled “High Forever 2”, the sequel of his High Forever album.
