With "T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle" just two episodes into its fourth season, it's been announced that Tip will soon be involved in another TV show as executive producer. "Sisterhood Of Hip Hop" will air later this year on Oxygen as part of the network's attempt to rebrand itself for young female viewers, and will star aspiring MCs Siya, Nyemiah Supreme, Diamond, Brianna Perry and Bia.
According to Hollywood Reporter, the show will follow the women as they "live, love and work toward their dream of becoming the next big breakout star, which has always been a man’s game and these ladies are rewriting the rules of the music scene."
Diamond, who is a former member of Crime Mob (known for "Knuck If You Buck" and "Rock Yo Hips"), was recently interviewed by MTV about the upcoming show, and had some kind things to say about T.I.:
"Tip and Tiny have been like a big sister and a big bro to me for years. They've always been positive, always been supportive. For him to have evolved from some of the things that may have happened in his past to where he is now — people looking at him and Tiny like the new Cosbys, so I value their opinion when it came to this. When they brought the opportunity to me, I was excited."
Be on the lookout for trailers and more official announcements about "Sisterhood Of Hip Hop" on Oxygen later this year.
