21 Savage releases a statement about his single "ASMR."

21 Savage's latest tape I am > I was may very well be getting played more than some classic holiday songs right now and we can't blame people for the heavy rotation since it boasts features from J. Cole, Offset, Post Malone, Lil Baby, Gunna, ScHoolboy Q, Childish Gambino, Yung Miami, and more. One song, unfortunately, has been getting some hate since it features lyrics that have been called anti-Semitic.

"ASMR" hears 21 rap: “We been getting that Jewish money, Everything is Kosher." Lebron James already got in trouble for sharing the lyrics on Instagram, which forced him to apologize.

"That's not why I chose to share that lyric. I always [post lyrics]. That's what I do. I ride in my car, I listen to great music and that was the byproduct of it," he said. "So, I actually thought it was a compliment and obviously it wasn't through the lens of a lot of people. My apologies. It definitely was not the intent, obviously, to hurt anybody."

Now the man behind the tune has come forward with his own clarification, detailing how he has love for everyone and meant no offense. "The Jewish people I know are very wise with there money so that’s why I said we been gettin Jewish money I never thought anyone would take offense I’m sorry if I offended everybody never my intention I love all people," he tweeted.
