To nobody's surprise, there was a massive Game of Thrones season 8 leak this past week. The final season of the most popular show in the world is set to premiere in just three weeks, and fans have been waiting two years to see who will sit atop the Iron Throne and which one of their favorite characters will survive the battle with the White Walkers. According to Newsweek, YouTuber and Redditor TheRealFrikiDoctor, who has leaked plotlines of shows previously, reportedly shared details of season 8's premiere episode online.
No clips from the show were posted online, yet TheRealFrikiDoctor did create a very detailed video that explains the entire episode in depth. The video was removed by HBO, and in a post on the Reddit page “Free Folk” TheRealFrikiDoctor claimed that he was hit with a “copyright infringement claim” from the channel. Without a care in the world, he still wrote out the details he first shared in the YouTube video. In a statement to Newsweek, HBO reps said the network, “does not publicly discuss our anti-piracy efforts." While I won't be the one to link you to the source of these leaks, you can stumble over to Reddit and search for yourself.
Game of Thrones Season 8 premieres on HBO on April 14 at 9 PM ET.
