It has not been a great week for love and hip-hop. Just days after Big Sean and Naya Rivera called off their engagement, TMZ reports that Tiffney Cambridge has gotten a restraining order against Game, her ex-fiancee.
Last week, Game was accused of domestic violence, allegedly striking Cambridge during an incident on March 19th, and "injuring her eye socket and breaking her nose." Now, TMZ tells us that Cambridge obtained a restraining order on April 2nd that requires Game to be at least 100 yards away, and make no attempts to contact her. So far, the judge has ruled that Game can still see the two children he had with Cambridge, but there's still an additional hearing that will take place later this month.
A week ago, Game posted the following message on Instagram:
"I don’t want to give fuel to these false accusations, but the truth will definitely come out. I'm always looking out for my children’s safety and have never laid a hand on Tiffney. All I want is a chance to move on with my life & be allowed to be the father to my children I have been since their births. Judge me as you may, but do know.. my heart & my intentions are pure."
With Game and Cambridge contradicting each other in their reports of the incident, we'll have to wait and see what happens in court.
[Update: Details Emerge]
Details of the claims made in Cambridge's restraining order have now come to light, courtesy of TMZ.
Game's ex-fiance alleges that the rapper broke a table in the process of their fight, which apparently injured both children-- leaving his 3-year old girl with a bleeding leg.
The docs then claim that when Cambridge tried to help their daughter, Game told her to "move the fuck out the way", while simultaneously tearing her clothes and "repeatedly hitting her torso with his closed fist". He is then said to have yelled, "I will end it all".
She then says that Game refused to let them leave or call the police, telling his children that if the cops were called both he and their mother would go to jail.
Game denies all claims made by Cambridge. More information to come as it arrives.
