Tyler lets loose with some tweets after his stint in Jail for allegedly inciting a riot at SXSW - the video of which has been released.

If you recall, Tyler was arrested at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in Texas on Saturday after he urged fans right outside of the venue to break past the barriers set up keeping them out of the show, which was already at capacity. In doing so he (allegedly) incited a riot of sorts.

This has been a tough SXSW, Tyler's little riot (which was intended to be good fun) being the least of the problems the festival had this year, considering the senseless drunk driving accident which soured the entire, normally joyful, event. Tyler took to twitter after getting bailed out to release some statements regarding his concern that the news regarding his arrest was getting needlessly tied to the tragic drunk driving events which claimed a life. Always one to speak his mind, Tyler made some direct statements regarding his concerns in the tweets below.

That's a fair enough plea, as for all of Tyler's rowdy antics and shock-value lyricism (which is later downplayed in his later stuff, along with the rest of his OF crew), he's regarded for his strong principles.

Check out the footage of the "riot" that ensued at SXSW at the hands of Tyler the Creator in the video below.

[Update: Tyler's Lawyer Weighs In]

Tyler, The Creator's attorney, Perry Q. Minton, has officially weighed in on the Odd Future frontman's SXSW arrest, ascertaining that the authorities' claims are false and describing them as "an unfortunate and inaccurate description of what occurred".

"At no time during the concert did Tyler seek to incite or participate in riotous activity as has been reported in the press," Milton said in a statement issued to the Associated Press this morning. "It is clear from video clips and witness reports that the patrons and fans attending the show on that date were full of positive energy appropriate for this type of event and never exhibited any anger or aggression whatsoever."

No doubt.
