Speaking to Miss Info, Game reveals that "Bigger Than Me" was recorded months before the 2014 XXL Freshman cover was released.

A few weeks ago, Game caused quite a stir by releasing "Bigger Than Me," a song that seemingly lashed out at any and all of the recent XXL Freshmen. But in a new interview, Game says that he made the song long before the cover was even announced, on an "angry night" in Miami last August.

Speaking to Miss Info at the BET Awards weekend, Game said, "You know what's crazy and what people get twisted? I didn't say a specific XXL cover, there's been twelve that I've seen." He revealed that "Bigger Than Me" was released to piggyback on his fiery "Chiraq" verse, a genius marketing ploy.

Elsewhere in the interview, Game talks getting aroused by Nicki Minaj during the "Pills N Potions" video shoot and how he wants to "kill" Peter Rosenburg. Watch both parts of the interview below.
