This female quarterback was bullied for playing the sport she loves.

Dejah Rondeau is the starting quarterback of the Exeter Seahawks' seventh and eighth-grade team in Exeter, New Hampshire. As a female quarterback playing with the boys, Rondeau was subjected to bullying and some on the team weren't too happy with her running the huddles. Rondeau is a huge New England Patriots fan who wears the number 11 in honor of receiver Julian Edelman, who used to play quarterback in college.

Patriots owner Robert Kraft heard about the story and invited Rondeau for a tour of the team's facility and also got to meet Edelman, who surprised her with two tickets to the Super Bowl.

"You won't be playing on Sunday, right?" Edelman asked Rondeau as he gave her the pair of tickets. "I heard about your story. About going out there and having the challenge of dealing with adversity because people not accepting this and that. My respect level for you is through the roof! Because you ignored all the noise and played the game we all love and that's football."

The gesture surely made a huge impact on Rondeau who will continue to play for her high school football team despite all of the backlash she has received.

With a win on Sunday, the Patriots would secure their sixth Super Bowl which would put them in a tie with the Pittsburgh Steelers for the most all time.
