Just a few moments ago, Drake dropped a new remix to Summer Walker's song "Girls Need Love." The Toronto artist loves to link up with talented singers to help them build a platform for their careers. Walker was already buzzing hard but you can imagine that her streaming numbers will go through the roof now. He's done this in the past with others, lending a hand on their remixes and changing their careers forever. That's the type of power that Drake holds. With that power comes plenty of money. When he's not busy building his dream house in the 6ix, Drizzy makes sure he's always riding around in the dopest car in the city. That explains his latest purchase.
According to Highsnobiety, the rapper just copped a brand new whip for his collection and this one did not come cheap. He bought the ultra-rare Mercedes-Maybach G 650 Landaulet which, in short, is a super fancy droptop version of the already luxurious G-Wagon. Only 99 total models were made of this car and now, Drake is the proud owner of one. Given the fact that the last one on the market sold for $1.4 million in 2017, we're guessing that he had to part ways with a hefty chunk of change for his new baby. He can probably just make it all back by playing one show though, right?
The news was announced by Tony Bet, his automobile mentor. He posted a photo of the car on Instagram, attaching a bunch of "Papi" balloons to the back so he can flaunt his new possession. What do you think?
