Gurley had a limited impact in the NFC Championship game.

During the NFC Championship game, Los Angeles Rams running back Todd Gurley had an uncharacteristic game. While he is considered to be one of the best running backs in the league, he had an off day, only picking up 10 yards on four carries and even dropped a pass that turned into an interception. He did end up with a touchdown but it was when the Rams were right on the Saints goal line and all the team needed was a little punch down the middle. Some wondered if his performance could be explained by an injury, but Gurley quickly debunked that.

Either way, head coach Sean McVay has said that Gurley will be a lot more active in the Super Bowl, and Gurley's RB partner C.J. Anderson echoed those same sentiments.

"Our job is the same: As many first downs as we can get," Anderson said according to nfl.com. "Whoever gets the most first downs, I guess that's how it goes. But at the end of the day, if Todd wants to play 98 percent of the snaps, that's what he's going to do. We gonna be OK with that. This is Todd's team."

The Rams are underdogs headed into the Super Bowl against the New England Patriots but have had a dominant offense led by Gurley and quarterback Jared Goff. It should be an interesting game on Sunday.
