Kendrick Lamar's good kid, m.A.A.d. city made a huge impact on the rap game up on its release, and while the rapper has remained a looming presence since ("Control" anyone?), anticipation has remained for the follow-up album.
The wait appears to be over, as K.Dot has announced his new album will be available September 2014 according to Rap Radar, and has also given us the title for the project -- United States Of A.L.A.R.M.
The name sticks with the acronym-style title of the rapper's major label debut, and while there is still little known about the project, this is very big news.

[Update: Announcement Reportedly Fake]
Sources indicate that the information concerning the new Kendrick Lamar album may have come from an impostor, who apparently posed as a representative of TDE, sending out a phony press release.
If this is the case, no official announcement has been made, and this is not the title of Kendrick's new project-- and is simply the result of a very elaborate, and ultimately successful troll (H/T KTT).
We will update with more information as it arrives.
