While it's been a few months since the famed comic book writer Stan Lee has passed, legal troubles attempted to follow the author in death. According to The Blast, Lee was previously accused of sexual misconduct by a hotel staff member. The latter is believed to have occurred during a massage, wherein massage therapist Maria Carballo claimed the comic book creator began fondling himself. Shortly afterward, Carballo set things in motion for a lawsuit, but since Lee's death, she's made no true efforts to carry forward. The news outlet confirms her lawyer withdrew as her representation last month. And now, we can confirm the judge ordered for the entire case's dismissal.
