Jerry Lorenzo isn't here for all of the rumors.

Jerry Lorenzo and his brand Fear of God have been teaming up with Nike for some pretty amazing shoes as of late. The Nike Air Fear of God 1 and the Nike Air Fear of God SA or amongst those sneakers and yesterday we reported that rumors were circulating over a potential new colorway of the Shoot Around model, that comes in a wheat color scheme. The rumors came courtesy of Twitter user @pyleaks and contained a photoshop rendering of what the kicks would ultimately look like. Although, now it appears that Lorenzo himself is making an effort to debunk those rumors and let people know that a wheat colorway isn't happening.

"Yes, we sampled this #GardenGloveYellow Shoot Around. No, it's never been confirmed. Please stop believing photoshops," Lorenzo said on his Instagram story.

As we had mentioned in our previous article, the photoshop rendering was simply a rumor and that they should only be believed once Nike or Fear of God made an official announcement. Now that Lorenzo has commented on the shoe, it's safe to say that they won't be coming out anytime soon.

Meanwhile, Lorenzo has yet to comment on the Nike Air Fear of God "Amarillo" colorway that some believe will be coming out this Summer.
