Ever since the third installment of Bad Boys was announced and the filming began, Will Smith has been sharing lots of behind-the-scenes updates of the action that's set to take place, keeping us on our toes for the official premiere. Will has now taken to Instagram to announce that the filming has come to an end meaning no more snippets of on-set happenings.
The good news is that the third installment is closer than ever, arriving on January 17th, 2020. "That’s a Wrap! @BadBoys For Life - Ciudad de México. Now hand me a Margarita and a pack of tropical fruit bubblicious," Will captioned some set locations in Mexico.
"The film will see Lawrence’s character Marcus Burnett working as a private eye after a falling out with Smith’s Mike Lowery, who is going through a midlife crisis as a bachelor who finally wants to mature, all while dealing with a new a young and cocky partner who is loyal to Lowery but that loyalty is not reciprocated, and finds bond with Burnett when he returns to the fray," the official synopsis reads.
"Lowery and Burnett are brought together again when a lean, mean, skilled, Albanian mercenary with a vendetta puts a death order on Lowery and Burnett for the death of his brother. Now the two must work together once again to bring him down."
