Christmas was a month ago but that hasn't stopped Drake from being in the giving spirit as of late. Of course, we've seen the rapper help out others in the past. In his music video for "God's Plan," the Toronto rapper can be seen giving out wads of cash to individuals and family's in need. It was a pretty emotional visual as you can see many of the recipients crying, while thanking Drake for his generosity. Now, Drake is continuing with the giveaways, as he gave two female workers at a McDonald's $10,000 each.
As we know, working in retail or at a fast food chain can be a rough experience with not a lot of benefits, so receiving such a generous amount of money from someone like Drake can be life-changing. There aren't too many details about who the women are and why exactly Drake gave them the cash, but it's still an amazing gesture regardless.
According to Esquire, Drake earned $47 million in 2018, so the donations won't put a huge dent in his wallet. Although that's not the point here. Drake didn't have to do what he did, but he followed through anyway and clearly made those two women's day.
