Duke is one of the favorites to win it all this year.

Today is a great day for college basketball fans because it is the official start to March Madness. 64 teams are currently vying for NCAA men's basketball supremacy and it will all go down over the next three weeks. Over the last two days, eight teams have been battling for the final four spots in the bracket. Two of those teams were fighting for the 16th seed in the East Region which would give them a first-round matchup against tournament favorite, the Duke Blue Devils.

Those two teams were the North Dakota State Bison and the North Carolina Central Eagles. The Bison ended up coming out on top with a narrow 78-74 victory.

While the Bison are happy to be in the tournament, they are expected to suffer a quick exit at the hands of the Blue Devils who are coming into the tournament hot. With Zion Williamson back in the lineup, the Blue Devils won the ACC tournament, knocking off teams like the University of North Carolina and Florida State Seminoles.

Duke and ND State will battle it out tomorrow at 7:10 P.M. EST as Duke stars Williamson and R.J. Barrett make their March Madness debuts.
