Many have wasted little time in conjuring up narratives surrounding Pete Davidson and Mac Miller's dynamic, the majority of said narratives being rather negative in nature. Of course, it's likely possible that the truth was complicated; it's equally likely we'll never know the full extent of it. Either way, Mac Miller's name will likely follow Pete around for some time, given the unrelenting nature of trollish-types. Such a situation indeed transpired during a recent stand-up gig, when a heckler attempted to get a rise out of Davidson by evoking Mac's name with a tasteless joke.

Apparently, one audience member claims that Pete set up a joke with a macabre situation: "So a funny thing happened to me recently in my apartment. My friend died of a heart attack.” The lead prompted said heckler to chime in with "Mac Miller!" Davidson proceeded to stop theset, and asked the audience to pinpoint the source of the heckling. Upon discovering the person's identity, Davidson promptly had security kick him out. "And give him back his money," Davidson allegedly said. "I don’t want his money."
Though the audience was initially confused, they soon helped Davidson find the culprit. Page Six claims that Davidson doubled down, vowing to leave if the proper measures were not taken. "I’m serious. I’m going to leave [the stage]. So if you want to hear the rest of the show, you’ll point out to security who yelled so they can escort him out. If not, I’m going to leave right now. I’m not going to have any of that s–t happening at my show.”
