Timbaland's been dealing with some issues in relation to the sale of his Florida mansion. The producer finally sold the house but unfortunately, he lost out on a lot of cash in the process.
According to The Blast, Timbaland has finally sold his Florida mansion for $1.8M to New Era Investment Properties which is far less than the original price he paid for. The producer initially bought the house for $3.475M in 2004 before listing it for sale in 2017 following his second attempt at divorce from his ex-wife Monique. The 10,689 sq. ft. home was initially listed at $4.49M due to issues finding a buyer, he was forced to reduce the price.
Timbo's troubles selling the home stemmed from issues with a tenant. The producer rented out the home to a man named William Zamora who allegedly refused to leave Timbaland's house. This resulted in Timbo filing a lawsuit against Zamora and getting authorities involved. Timbo's still trying to get $100K in the case for the damages caused to the property.
The luxurious home came equipped with seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Additionally, the house also featured a full game room, formal dining room, theater, wet bar, room to room aquarium, large maid’s quarters, 3-car-garage, all rooms have balconies, tropical pool area and covered BBQ plus tennis court which you would have to share with the neighbor.
