Nike Vapormax 2019
Nike's brand new VaporMax model is coming in a new muted, yet colorful version.

Nike unveiled the VaporMax in 2017 in an attempt to revolutionize the running shoe market that was being dominated by Adidas thanks to the success of the UltraBoost. A midsole made of a series of air pods confused sneakerheads at first although they eventually came around when they realized how comfortable the shoe is. It's a running shoe that merges style and versatility, so it's no surprise that Nike has continued to make improvements on it.

With Spring here and Summer on the horizon, Nike is bringing out more and more colorways of this year's model, the VaporMax 2019 and so far, each one has been pretty dope. Instead of a flyknit upper, the shoe uses a material similar to that of the Nike React Element 87, opting for a translucent aesthetic. This brand new "Barely Volt" colorway takes the vibrant yellow Nike is known for, and brings down the opacity to make something a little bit more palatable. Underneath the yellow upper, there are are some blue highlights as well as a black Nike swoosh.

According to Sneaker News, these will be dropping in the near future for $190 USD. Will you be copping?
