A good Canadian boy sets his sights on "American Dad."

The Weeknd is letting his geek flag fly. Following an investment in the eSports market, alignment with the Overwatch League, and a solid contribution to the Game Of Thrones soundtrack, it would appear that the Canadian superstar is setting his sights on yet another endeavor. Now, a new rumor has surfaced indicated that Abel will be lending his voice to Seth McFarlane's American Dad series. With the long-running show in the midst of its sixteenth season, The Weeknd recently hit up the studios to hold it down, prompting many to speculate on his position as a guest star.

As seen in the photos above, The Weeknd spent some time posted up behind-the-scenes, posing with occasional vocal contributor Seth Green, among others. In fact, rumors of Weeknd's involvement in the series extend back to February, when he was seen participating in a table read at the studio. It's unclear as to whether or not The Weeknd's episode will air later this year, but all signs point to yes. Sound off below - is anyone still watching American Dad?
