With just over 20 games to go in the NBA regular season, the Los Angeles Lakers are struggling to get themselves into a playoff spot. Last night, the team had a prime opportunity to get a winning streak together as they took on the Memphis Grizzlies. In the end though, the team just couldn't get it done and ended up losing by a score of 110-105. Afterward, LeBron James spoke to the media about the team's performance and why he doesn't want to hear about how the players are "distracted."

"At this point if you are still allowing distractions to affect how the way you play, then this is the wrong franchise to be a part of and you should just come and be like, 'Listen, I don't [think this is for me]. I cannot do this,'" James said according to ESPN.

The idea of distractions comes in the wake of the news that pretty well all of the team's young players were going to be part of a deal to bring Anthony Davis to the Lakers.

"Like, seriously, if you're distracted by playoff pushes out of all the stuff that's been talked about this year, nah," James said. "Just come and do your job. We do our job at a high level and that's not a distraction. That's what you want. That's what you want every game. You want to feel like you're fighting for something."

The Lakers are now 29-31 on the season and sit 11th place in the Western Conference.
