For the few gossip hungry hip-hop fans who have been anxiously anticipating Tip's comments on what instigated the fight between him and professional boxer Floyd Mayweather, it looks like you're going to have to wait indefinitely.
In new footage provided by TMZ, the self-proclaimed king of the south expressed disinterest in speaking on the issue. "He may be used to talking after his fights, but where I'm from we don't talk after ours," the rapper explained.
According to Mayweather, Tip approached him aggressively at a Fatburger on the Vegas strip after seeing a photo of the boxer with T.I.'s wife Tiny. "I been knowing Tiny before T.I.," the 37-year-old fighter told blogger Necole Bitchie in a phone interview. "I've never slept with her, I never kissed her, never touched her in no inappropriate way." Tip's jealousy, he claims, resulted in the fight.
A few days have passed since the brawl and now Tip is singing a different tone. In his words: "Hakuna matata." No worries.
