Valkyrie returns!

Tessa Thompson joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Valkyrie, the mystical warrior that saw her race eradicated by Hera. After her defeat at the hands of Hera, Valkyrie self-exiled herself until she met Thor and returned to Asgard for revenge. The last we saw of her, she was on board Thor's ship when it was attacked by Thanos' Black Order in Ragnarok. It has been confirmed that she survived the attack somehow, most likely escaping with as many Asgardians as she could while Thor, Loki, and Hulk fought the Black Order. Although a toy leak has already confirmed Thompson's return as Valkyrie in Avengers: Endgame, now that actress herself has seemingly announced her involvement officially.

Thompson took to Twitter to announce a commitment to doubling the number of women and minorities that cover her movies. "I also committed to Doubling the number of women and POC journalist covering the films I have coming out this year," she tweeted. "(One in April and in June). TimesUpx2," she added. Thompson's soft reboot of Men In Black drops in June, and she has no scheduled movies dropping in April. Endgame drops in April though, which only adds fuel to the rumor fire. Is it even a rumor at this point though?
