Ayesha's words made her a target of ridicule in the media, but she insists that she has been misunderstood. For Mother's Day, she shared a silly photo on Instagram of herself with Steph and the caption read, "Our mamas gave us common sense and that’s not common. Thank you mamas we love you!" Someone commented, "Attention at its finest," a response that echos many of the criticisms pointed at Ayesha.
