The legal battle between Dame Dash and his ex-wife Rachel Roy continues as the hip hop mogul is now asking a court to expand the custody agreement to allow him more time with their 11-year-old daughter, Tallulah. Dash and Roy were married from 2005 to 2009 and have two daughters together: Tallulah and her 19-year-old sister, Ava. After their divorce, the former couple has had a bitter battle in the courts. There have been accusations of domestic abuse, restraining orders filed, and most recently, allegations that Dash owes tens of thousands in back child support.
The saga rolls on now that Dash has filed court documents asking to amend the custody agreement in place for Tallulah. According to The Blast, documents state that Dash has a close relationship with his daughter and she has made it clear that she wants to spend more time with him. He also says that he has remarried and decreased both his workload and schedule to accommodate more time with his family.
Dash also asserts that Roy often travels for work, leaving Tallulah home with a caregiver. Taking things a step further, Dash claims that he worries about Tallulah's safety with Roy, citing an incident that allegedly occurred at a Christmas party they were both guests at last year. According to Dash, Roy was "very intoxicated to the point she could not drive herself or our daughter," so his current wife drove them both home. It's Dash's belief that if he wasn't there to stop Roy from getting behind the wheel, she would have put herself and their daughter in danger by driving while intoxicated. He also included a text message exchange between himself and Roy where she reportedly apologizes for her behavior.
