Just when you things couldn’t get any more bizarre in the recent wave of headlines shrouding the Kardashian-Jenner clan, Khloe and Kim Kardashian most recently engaged in a classic case of back-and-forth via Twitter with Mike Fleiss, creator of The Bachelorette.
It was Friday that Fleiss took to the socials to reveal that he was, in fact, in talks with Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian about bringing on the latter as the next contestant of focus on the popular dating show.
“I have already been in contact with my dear friend @KrisJenner about @khloekardashian as #TheBachelorette," Fleiss tweeted Friday. [...] any decision regarding @khloekardashian as the new #TheBachelorette will need to be approved by my dear friend @KrisJenner."
Kim Kardashian soon responded to the revelation on Saturday night by calling Fleiss’ claims “fake news.” Fleiss would soon clap back by asserting that Kim Kardashian wasn’t even in the loop and that she knew nothing about the discussions. Soon, Kim Kardashian uploaded a screenshot of a conversation between her, her mother and her younger sister, asking them if they knew anything about a possible Bachelorette stint, to which they answered negatively.
"Ewwww I mean put some respeck on my name," Khloé wrote.
Soon, Khloe took to Twitter and responded to Fleiss herself, telling the showrunner that she is not “clickbait.” "Stop or you will be hearing from my lawyers,” she added. “How insensitive!!"
Fleiss’ claims that Khloe was in talks to be the new Bachelorette came just days after the reality star broke up with Tristan Thompson over new infidelity allegations, this time involving close family friend Jordyn Woods.
