Drew Brees had a phenomenal 2018 season.

Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints were only a pass interference call away from making it to the Super Bowl. Instead, the Saints lost the NFC Championship game in overtime against a stingy Los Angeles Rams squad. While the Rams ended up only scoring three points in the big game, many thought the Saints were more deserving and probably could have done a lot better. Regardless, Brees had an incredible season and at 40 years old, he believes he has plenty of great years left. TMZ Sports caught up with his former teammate Jonathan Vilma who says he agrees with Brees, although Vilma says there is a small window left.

"I think that Drew has, in my objective opinion, about another 2-3 years left," Vilma said. "If you ask Drew, he's got like another 10 or 15 years left!"

There could be some credence in what Vilma is saying here as Brees' backup QB from last year, Teddy Bridgewater, resigned with the Saints for one year at $7.2 million. In an interview with reporters, Bridgewater said that he is only 26 and will have plenty of time to be a starter eventually. An interesting statement considering Bridgewater could have signed with the Miami Dolphins to be their starter. Perhaps he knows something we don't.

Either way, Brees and the Saints should be a fun team to watch this season and we can't wait to see what the Super Bowl-winning quarterback can do at his age.
