Kellz was hit with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse earlier today (Feb. 22). Nine of the ten counts he was charged with allegedly involving underage girls from the ages of 13 to 16 years old. There are four alleged victims involved in this case with one of them being the subject of four of the counts.

The criminal sexual abuse charge is classified as a class 2 felony in the state of Illinois. Each charge carries a max sentence of three to seven years of prison.

The allegations say that Kellz engaged in oral and vaginal sex with a girl between the ages of 13 to 17. The complaint says that he  "transmitted his semen onto [victim's] body for the purpose of Robert Kelly's or [victim's] sexual gratification or arousal, by he use of force or threat of force."

Kellz is reportedly planning on willingly turning himself into authorities tonight. However, the prosecutors on the case are still seeking an arrest warrant for him.

The charges come shortly after Michael Avenatti handed over a sex tape to authorities of Kellz allegedly engaging in sexual acts with a minor. Sources said that the investigation into the tapes was a driving force that led R. Kelly to be charged.
