Enes Kanter
Kanter is glad to be out of New York.

Enes Kanter was benched during his last few games with the New York Knicks which was a sad sight to see considering you could tell the Turkish international had such love for the city and the team. Kanter was eventually bought out by the team and then signed a contract with a team that actually tries, the Portland Trail Blazers. The Knicks have a record of 11-47 right now and are frontrunners in the Zion Williamson sweepstakes. Meanwhile, the Trail Blazers are fourth in the Western Conference with a record of 35-23 and won last night against the Brooklyn Nets, 113-99. After the game, Kanter was clearly excited about the win and acknowledged on Twitter how nice it is to pick up a "W."

Kanter made a solid impact on the game as he picked up 18 points and 9 rebounds in just 20 minutes of playing time. The game marked a new era for Kanter who is clearly ready to play on a team with a chance at making a splash in the playoffs.

If the postseason were to start today, the Trail Blazers would be playing against the Houston Rockets, which would be a pretty tough task thanks to players like James Harden and Chris Paul.

Regardless, we're sure Kanter will be bringing a ton of personality to the playoffs in April.
