A "Beast Coast" album is also on the way.

After initially stating that a new Flatbush Zombies album was "on the way," Meechy Darko has taken things a few steps further - but not because a full-length group project was lacking in quantity on its own. Meechy jumped on Twitter to announce that he and his 'mates were sitting on two additional projects, set for the unforeseen future.

The second of three projects accounted for in the Twitter discussion is a broader Beast Coast album encompassing the members of the Brooklyn-based movement:  Pro Era, Phony Ppl, Flatbush Zombies, and The Underachievers - which makes for quite the group outing. Pro Era is comprised of Aaron Rose, Chuck Strangers, CJ Fly, Dessy Hinds, Dirty Sanchez, J.A.B, Jakk The Rhymer, Joey Bada$$, Kirk Knight, Nyck Caution, Powers Pleasant and Rokamouth. Flatbush Zombies is made up Zombie Juice, Erick Arc Elliott, and the man of the hour: Meechy Darko.

Phony Ppl is five-piece band spearheaded by Elbee Thrie - and, The Underachievers as you likely know, have two and only two core members: AKTHESAVIOR and Issa Gold. It's pretty inconceivable to think all those enlisted in the Beast Coast collective will factor in the end result.

To cap things off, Meechy Darko spoke of a third album from The Zombie core, either reflective of Meechy's desire for autonomy or more of the same "group dynamic," the details will undoubtedly surface in the coming weeks or months. Meechy and the rest of the Zombies figure amongst a star-studded lineup for The 2019 Governors Ball in New York City. Keep it locked for more.
