Embiid's nagging knee injury won't seem to go away.

Joel Embiid has been one of the most exciting players in the NBA these past couple of years and he has been a huge reason why the Philadelphia 76ers have been able to get out of being one of the worst teams in the league. As Embiid loves to say "trust the process." Well, Embiid is going to need to trust the process of his body's ability to heal, because the star is having some nagging knee problems that are coming at the absolute worst time. The NBA playoffs start tomorrow and the Sixers are set to take on the Brooklyn Nets.

While the third-seeded 76ers are the favorite to win the series, the Nets are a scrappy team and they'll need everyone healthy to win games. Unfortunately, they're still unsure if Embiid will be able to play on Saturday. As he explained, not seeing any progress with his knee has been extremely frustrating.

"I just gotta keep [working] and see how I feel every day, and you never know what's gonna happen," Embiid said according to ESPN.

The team has until 5 P.M. EST to let the league know whether or not Embiid will be eligible for tomorrow's game. It's been reported that the team is waiting until after practice today to make a decision.

Tomorrow's game will go down in Philly at 2:30 P.M. EST.
