The Nike Shox BB4 is returning to retailers in the classic black, silver and purple colorway, as worn by NBA legend Vince Carter during his run with the Toronto Raptors.
According to sneaker source @J23App, the kicks will be available via Nike.com on August 9 for the retail price of $160.
Nike and Kyrie Irving have joined forces with Nickelodeon for a special edition SpongeBob SquarePants collab, which will include five character-specific sneakers. The kicks are inspired by SpongeBob, his sidekick Patrick Starr, his grumpy neighbor, Squidward, the energetic, astronaut squirrel Sandy Cheeks, and the boss of the Krusty Krab, Mr. Krabs.
The SpongeBob, Patrick and Squidward colorways all come to life in the shape of the Nike Kyrie 5, while Sandy's and Mr. Krab's colorways adorn the Nike Kyrie Low 2. Each of the Kyrie 5s come equipped with Nickelodeon branding on the tongue shroud with "NIKE" text on the heel inspired by the show title's font.
Skateboarding legend Eric Koston has teamed up with Nike SB to release a special edition Air Jordan 1 Low collab, featuring the familiar "UNC" color scheme.
According to Nike, this SB x Air Jordan 1 Low takes inspiration from the shoes Koston recalls sitting on the rack back in 1986, with the lids cut off the box, that his mom wouldn’t buy for him because “the shoes he had were fine." Koston’s signature is featured on the inside tongue label and when you flip it, you’ll notice “$24.99” on the underside, referencing the price for that pair on the rack back in ‘86.
Despite initial reports of an August 2 release, it is now being reported that the kicks will drop on August 10 at select skate shops, following by a SNKRS release on the 12th.
The Women's Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Satin "Black Toe" comes equipped with red satin detailing to go along with the familiar white and black leather. Another difference compared to the OG Black Toe 1s is the black wings logo stationed on the ankle collar.
Because the kicks are being billed as a women's release, it's worth noting that a women's size 12 translates to a men's size 10.5.
The classic "Wave Runner" Yeezy Boost 700, which originally debuted in November of 2017, will be back up for grabs in fully family sizing on August 17. The kicks feature a combination of grey, black, dark green, and blue throughout the leather, mesh and suede construction.
As always, men's sizes will cost $300, while grade school sizes are priced at $180 and infant sizes $150.
Jordan Brand will be releasing multiple special edition Air Jordans this Summer in celebration of the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup, including this exclusive Air Jordan 12.
The FIBA 12s will come in a white tumbled leather supported by gold accents and university red detailing about the inner lining, heel and branding on the tongue. Additionally, the flags of the countries competing in the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup can be spotted on the 12's mudguard if you look closely, while Chinese symbols run down the heel tab.
Despite what you might expect from a sneaker with the "Bone White" moniker, the upcoming Yeezy 500 is actually highlighted by pink tints throughout the mesh, leather and suede construction. The kicks also come equipped with reflective detailing and a cream outsole beneath the chunky midsole.
In addition to men's sizes, the kicks will also be available for kids ($130) and infants ($100).
Jordan Brand has another UNC-themed Air Jordan 1 in the works, this time featuring a Sail and Obsidian Blue combination throughout the leather upper.
UNC blue handles a portion of the ankle collar, heel and "Nike Air" branding on the tongue of the upcoming Air Jordan 1, while obsidian blue takes on the Nike swoosh, as well as the trim around the sail-colored silhouette. The kicks will also be available in grade school sizes for $120 a pop.
Adidas will close out their initial run of Spider-Man themed colorways of Donovan Mitchell's signature shoe with the release of an "Iron Spider" D.O.N Issue #1 on the last day of August.
The D.O.N (Determination Over Negativity) Issue #1 nods to Mitchell's "Spida" nickname and his love for comics, hence the "Issue #1" moniker. The "Iron Spider" colorway consists of a predominately red upper equipped with gold detailing throughout.
