Jason Momoa paid a visit to The Ellen DeGeneres Show for the first time and during his visit, the Aquaman actor attempted to be the best teacher he could be when teaching the talk show host how to throw axes. The hobby is one of Jason's favourites and after he got a bulls-eye on the first throw, Ellen just couldn't measure up no matter how easy it looked. “So here’s the thing, because we throw footballs and baseballs, everyone kind of turns it like this,” he explained.
After trying a few times, Ellen decided to call it quits, giving Jason back the axes to hit more bulls-eyes for charity. The former Game of Thrones star racked up $31,000 for Sustainable Coastlines Hawaii, a Hawaii-based environmental organization.
Jason also told Ellen during his visit just why he shaved off his beloved beard, announcing his new line of canned water with Ball Corporation. “I’m Aquaman now and I have all these little beautiful kids come up to me, and I never thought I’d be a role model,” Jason told Ellen. “So I wanted to save the planet from single-use plastics.”
