Now that the NFL offseason has officially started, we've been bombarded with a ton of fresh signings and some juicy trades. While the biggest trades involved wide receivers like Antonio Brown and Odell Beckham Jr., there have been some other notable transactions. One of those deals was between the New England Patriots and the Philadelphia Eagles. The trade saw 33-year-old defensive end Michael Bennett go to New England in exchange for a fifth-round pick.

While Bennett is happy to be with the Patriots, he hasn't always been a fan of the team.

"I used to hate the Patriots. I'd hate it because they'd win so much. I'd hate it because Tom Brady's hair was long. I'd hate it that [Bill] Belichick would wear sweaters. But now that I'm here, I love you. I love Tom Brady's hair," Bennett said according to ESPN. "I love being a Patriot because obviously, it's all about winning. I think everything about the organization is about team-first. It's just about doing what you need to do to get to where we want to go as a group. I think I love that."

The Patriots are coming off a Super Bowl-winning campaign where they defeated the Los Angeles Rams in the big game by a score of 13-3.
