50 Cent turned it down because he didn't know how he could fix the potential backlash.

If you're a hip-hop artist, chances are you don't have any interest in being associated with Donald Trump. That is unless you've got a diss track against him like YG. When he was first brought in as President, it felt like we had reached an all-time low in the United States. We went from Barack Obama to Donald Trump... Trump had difficulty securing the votes of black Americans, which shouldn't be a surprise to anybody, and he wanted to boost his support numbers by bringing a few well-known faces in the rap world to his inauguration. During an appearance on James Corden's late night show, 50 Cent said that he was offered half of a million dollars just to appear in the crowd.

He wasn't asked to perform or anything. He'd secure the bag just for showing up. It seems like easy money but Fif wouldn't go against his morals like that, backing out and explaining that he doesn't know how he'd repair his image if he did attend. When asked if a politician has ever courted him, Curtis said that Trump offered him $500K to go to the inauguration. "I didn't do it because I didn't know if I could fix the damage," said Fiddy with Elizabeth Warren by his side. "To be honest with you, all money is not good money. You gotta be careful what you're doing publicly because I don't know how you fix that."

The rapper then offered some political advice to Senator Warren on reaching young voters, saying that she should just relax and when she becomes President, hang out with him.

“Wouldn’t go against his moral”? Lmao GTFOH. You followed that up with his quote that he didn’t do it because he couldn’t rebound from the public backslash. Morals and 50 don’t belong in the same sentence, but I respect his hustle tho. Don’t front for him when he’s not fronting about it. He said why he didn’t do it

Bc strengthening the southern border to prevent illegal immigration from South America really pisses off the black community. Bc lowering taxes & lowering unemployment really pisses off the black community. Bc preventing authoritarian gun control laws really pisses off the black community... yeah right. BTW: 6/10 black Virginians would still vote for the blackface, racist gov of VA if he ran again. The Democratic party has some crazy kind of spell going on...
