Dwyane Wade said farewell to his NBA career last night as the Miami Heat played against the Brooklyn Nets. Everyone knew that this was Wade's last season so there were no surprises when he walked off the court for the last time. The fans were exceptionally grateful towards Wade who highlighted one of the most exciting eras in NBA history. His retirement marks the end of a generation that will forever be looked up fondly.

After the Nets beat the Heat last night by a score of 113-94, Wade and his wife Gabrielle Union hit up Catch NYC for his One Last Dance retirement party. It was a star-studded affair with many of Wade's famous friends in attendance. Among them were singer Justin Timberlake and his wife Jessica Biel. Various Miami Heat players were there, as well as some of his best friends like Carmelo Anthony. TMZ obtained footage inside the club of Wade dancing with Union.

In addition to the after party, Wade had some big basketball stars at the final game. The Banana Boat crew of LeBron James, Chris Paul, and Anthony were all in attendance.

After the game, Wade spoke about how much it meant having them there.

"Obviously, it means a lot [to have them here]," Wade said. "They know that I will always be there for them, especially in a moment like this. No matter what I'm doing, I will be there for their last game. It was cool to see those guys over there. I'm glad they came, but at the same time I wish they weren't here because the whole time they kept telling me to shoot, shoot, shoot. But it was great. We've got a brotherhood. Those are my brothers."
