Cat
This cat might end up on the next Kanye record.

When auto-tune first became a thing in the mid-2000s, almost everyone wanted their hands on an app that could turn their voice into the next T-Pain and Kanye West song. Some loved the musical aesthetic of auto-tune while others absolutely hated it. Since then, auto-tune has pretty well become the standard in music today and can be used by everybody, even animals. Over the weekend, Twitter user Joaquin Baldwin posted a hilarious video of his cat drenched in auto-tune. As he says in his post: "Autotuned the cat because he won't shut up in the mornings. I don't know how this helps but I did it anyway."

In the replies, Baldwin explains how he used the Voloco App to record the cat and give him that auto-tuned voice. The video itself is pretty hilarious and already has us thinking about the possibilities for the future of music. Imagine your favorite artist sampling auto-tuned animals. It may not happen anytime soon but there are plenty of artists crazy enough to try it. Looking at you Kanye.

Someone in the comments even took it upon themselves to make a beat, using the cat's vocals in the harmony. Got to love the creativity of the internet.
