She's a size 6-8.

As the Grammys approach, musicians are preparing for the moment when the will inevitably be asked that strange question: who are you wearing? Needless to say, you've got to have a fancy answer, whether it's Alexander McQueen or Jeremy Scott. The pop star Bebe Rexha (née Bleta) has been trying to prepare for the event by reaching out to designers, asking them to sheath her in something fun, but apparently all of them have declined because she's "too big," and this does not refer to her celebrity status.

As Rexha herself put it in an Instagram/Twitter video:

so I finally get nominated at the Grammys and it’s like the coolest thing ever. And a lot of times artists will go and talk to designers and they’ll make them custom dresses to walk the red carpet. … So I had my team hit out a lot of designers and a lot of them do not want to dress me because I’m too big.

How big is too big? Apparently size 6-8 (this is not big by anyone's standards, see this size chart). Rexha finds this absurd: "if a size 6-8, is too big, then I don’t know what to tell you. Then I don’t want to wear your fucking dresses. ‘Cause that’s crazy. … You’re saying that all the women in the world that are size 8 and up are not beautiful, and they cannot wear your dresses.”

After she posted the video, a number of fashion people came out in internet-support of her, including the one and only Tyra Banks:
