The rapper breaks his silence following his recent robbery.

Rapper YBN Almighty Jay has had a rough couple of weeks following a violent robbery that went down on the streets of New York City. In the aftermath, Jay's face was sliced and he was robbed of his jewelry and shoes. The 19-year-old rapper has been quiet during his recovery, but earlier today he dropped a music video and finally spoke out, thanking fans on Instagram for their support. He even had a few kind words for to Dreamdoll who he said supported him through it all.

"Shoutout To All My Family, Friends & Fans That Kept Me In High Spirits While I Was Down," Jay wrote. "'I Love Y’all. I Want To Give A Special Shoutout To @dreamdoll. In the young rapper's recently released music video "Let Me Breathe," he takes a nod from Kanye West's "Through the Wire" and opening with a snippet of Wendy Williams calling Jay "Dumb." He also touches on fatherhood, fame, and his persona, especially not feeling safe to go out in public. Meanwhile, Rap-A-Lot's CEO J. Prince took to his Instagram to call out the thieves behind Jay's robbery, asking famous hip hop artists from in NYC area to use their connections to help find the
