Chris Brown got some more bad news today. In a hearing held this afternoon, the judge in Brown's Rihanna assault case made the decision to revoke the singer's probation.
It was determined that Chris had broken his probation requirement that he obey all laws, citing his criminal complaint in DC.
Lucky for Brown, the judge decide not to order the singer into custody, as he was impressed by the progress Chris has made in anger management rehab thus far.
Another hearing will be held in February, where more decisions will be made, including whether or not Chris will serve time.
According to reports from the facility, Brown has improved his ability to "emotionally regulate himself," has been taken off medical marijuana, and has been prescribed psychotropic drugs that seem to have improved his behavior.
