Ice Cube, MC Ren, and Snoop Dogg pay respects to their longtime friend and collaborator.

Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre are one of the most consistent and iconic duos in hip-hop history. With countless collaborations, including "Nothin But A G Thang," "Fuck With Dre Day," "Deep Cover," "Still D.R.E., "Just Dippin," "The Wash," "Chin Check," "The Next Episode," and many more, Dre has been a dominant force in shaping Uncle Snoop's musical legacy. Now, on Dr. Dre's 54th birthday, Snoop took to Instagram to pay respects to the good Doctor.

"Happy c-Day," writes Snoop, sharing a picture of the pair's recent jaunt across the Hollywood Walk Of Fame. Snoop also threw up another one for good measure, encouraging Dre to enjoy his day appropriately. Seeing as it's "All In A Day's Work" for Dre, who knows what his birthday itinerary might entail? Dre's former NWA groupmates Ice Cube and MC Ren also sent some birthday love to the Doctor, taking to Twitter to share their own messages and pictures. Cube kept it simple, sharing a picture of the two legends, a testament to how far they've come since "Fu*k The Police."

MC Ren came through with a nostalgic message, proudly declaring his "NWA brotha" Dre to be the "dopest producer ever." Though we have yet to receive any new music from the classic group, the Next Friday cut "Chin Check" is the closest thing to what might have been.
