The alleged victim claims she was raped by Lowell Grissom Jr. at a party at Chris Brown's house last year.

It seems like Chris Brown is constantly facing some sort of legal trouble. The singer was sued earlier this year by a woman who claimed Brown's friend raped her at his house last year. According to The Blast, she's now requesting for the judge to approve of an order to prevent Breezy from filming her and her legal team during a proposed inspection of his home.

Jane Doe has asked the judge for a protective order stopping Brown from videotaping her during the proposed inspection of his home. Doe has asked the judge to sign off on a request to inspect Chris Brown's home where the alleged rape occurred. Doe wants to get photographic and video evidence as well as any other evidence she needs to build her case.

Doe claims that her lawyer has been attempting to work something out in order for her to go through with the inspection, but Brown wants permission to videotape her while she's in his house. She argues that Brown's request to videotape her is to try to "harass and intimidate" her while she's at his home. The singer's attorney told Doe's lawyer that they wanted to make sure their client is protected from further "false allegations."

“We want to make sure the home is protected, and our client is protected. Your client has already made false accusations against Mr. Brown, so we want to simply videotape the premises and inspection as it is being conducted to make sure your client doesn’t make up further false allegations against Mr. Brown," the singer's lawyer said.

The case is currently ongoing.
