Lil Wayne returns to "Saturday Night Live" for the first time since 2010.

Lil Weezy shared his plans to perform on Saturday Night Live come November, on a taping spearheaded by guest host Liev Schreiber, the actor known for his portrayal of the lead protagonist on Ray Donovan. The show's taping in the coming weeks will mark the 5th time he's been associated with the SNL brand.

In September of 2008, Weezy performed "Got Money" and "Lollipop" as the night's musical guest. Then in 2010, he struck again, this time in the company of Eminem. The two grizzled rap veterans "Won't Back Down" before exiting the stage.

On December 18, 2004, he joined Destiny's Child on stage to perform his verse on "Soldier," in his first unofficial appearance on SNL. There was also the time Jay Pharaoh impersonated him to a tee on Weekend Update, on a skit that aired in 2012, but that hardly counts against his record.

His SNL invasion isn't quite as timely as Nicki Minaj clinching her guest spot the week of her release. Weezy and Liv Schreiber will split the honours on the week after next (November 10th). Before then we'll have to cope with Jonah Hill's comedic stylings in the forthcoming episode. Hill rejoins the revolving cast for the 4th time as a host, and the 7th time in total.
