Reality competition shows been regulars on the small screen for years. Shows like Big Brother, Survivor, and others have dominated primetime network spots for a minute and the demand doesn't seem to be slowing down. Cardi B, Chance The Rapper, and T.I. recently signed on to become judges on a new Netflix series that will be similar to programs like The Voice. However, they'll be looking for the best unsigned rapper in the world. There is a competition show for any niche out there, with America's Next Top Model serving as a base for fashionistas. Winnie Harlow is one of the most memorable contestants in the last few years but she doesn't believe the show's exposure helped her at all. She added that the program actually doesn't assist any models. When host Tyra Banks heard the shade, she decided to clap back.
A few months ago, Winnie said that ANTM "really didn’t do anything for [her] career." Tyra would disagree completely as she told Andy Cohen. "Did she say that," she asked. "I discovered her on Instagram. Well, come on, I discovered her on Instagram. And she’s on the show, so what do you think that means?"
Tyra followed up with tons of positivity, saying that she still has love for Winnie despite the negative comments. "They're all my babies, even the ones that act out," she said.
